Cyclone Pam: Commercial Policy Advice

Following the events of Tropical Cyclone Pam, Air Vanuatu wishes to advise its customers of our commercial policy regarding existing bookings.
Customers with confirmed flights booked and ticketed before 13 March 2015 for travel until 31 May 2015 to Port Vila, Tanna and Tafea/Sheperd, passengers may, without fee:
- Make changes
- Cancel with tickets held in credit for 12 months from original departure date
- Request a refund up until 13 April 2015
Customers with confirmed flights booked and ticketed before 13 March 2015 for travel until 31 May 2015 to Penama/Shefa/Tafea/Craig Cove may, without fee:
- Make changes
- Cancel with tickets held in credit for 12 months from original departure date
- Request a refund up until 13 April 2015.
For customers with bookings for travel from 01 June 2015, or with valid tickets to Santo and Torba, standard conditions apply.
