The position is within the Flight Operations Department reporting to the Operational Cabin Manager through to the General Manager Operations – International.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work as part of a team and work a 7 day / 24 hour Rotational Shift Roster.
• High standard of personal presentation and a willingness to wear the Company uniform to set standards.
• A strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to be an enthusiastic and supportive team member.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to deal with people in a tactful and professional manner.
• Must have excellent English and Bislama spoken and written skills, French would be an advantage.
• Ability to obtain a valid Vanuatu Passport.
• Must be capable of passing Air Vanuatu medical standards and provide a police clearance.
• Include a short 200 word essay on why you would like to pursue this career in your application.

Le poste est sous la direction de notre département de la gestion des opérations aériennes, dont un report direct vers le Responsable des Services en Cabine, voire le Directeur Général des Opérations Internationales.

LES PRE-REQUIS

Les critères minimaux de sélection pour le poste sont:

1. Etre habile à travailler en groupe et en rotation 24 heures / 7 jours
2. Avoir une présentation personnelle irréprochable et la volonté de porter l’uniforme
3. Avoir une éthique professionnelle convenable et travailler en harmonie avec le reste de l’équipe
4. Avoir un excellent relationnel et être réceptif aux besoins variés des clients.
5. Doit pouvoir lire/écrire/comprendre et s’exprimer en anglais et en Bislama, le français étant un avantage.
6. Doit être en possession d’un passeport Ni-Vanuatu valide.
7. Doit être en possession d’un casier judiciaire vierge.
8. Doit être aux normes médicales d'Air Vanuatu
