Online Check-in

Air Vanuatu online check-in is available on all flights to/from Vanuatu from Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Noumea and Vanuatu domestic flights to/from Espiritu Santo. 

Online check-in opens 24 hours prior and closes:

INTERNATIONAL 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
DOMESTIC 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time. 

To check in for your flight just follow the 5 easy steps! 

INDENTIFICATION > SEAT SELECTION > SUMMARY > BOARDING PASS > COMPLETE

Start by entering your booking reference  e.g. 5L6K9F and surname or ticket number, then follow the prompts.

NB. Passengers travelling with infants can not check-in online.

Air Vanuatu International Passengers:

If you are travelling from Vanuatu you may be required to enter your passport information during the check-in process, if you do not, then you will only be issued with a seat confirmation, not a boarding pass. 

All International online check-in passengers must still proceed to the check-in counter for document verification, regardless if you do not have luggage. Do not go directly to the departure gate.

You must be at the check-in desk no later than 60 minutes prior to departure. All Air Vanuatu International check-in counters close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Air Vanuatu Domestic Passengers:

If you are travelling without luggage you can proceed directly to the gate, no later than 45 minutes prior to departure.
